June 21- Summer Nutrition A look at natural summertime cycles as it relates to proteins, carbohydrates and fats. How nutrients and minerals affect our response to changes in weight, energy levels, sun exposure, allergies and even mosquitoes!
June 28-Cycles of Detoxification Moving into summer is a natural time for a system detox. Understand the body systems that need to be in place to achieve positive health gains rather than further putting your health at risk.
